Power Tong Torque Control System
 
LIGHTFIR intelligent digital display torque control device adopts advanced torque measurement, computer control, wireless transmission and automatic storage technology. It is the torque control device of hydraulic power tong. It can record, store and upload torque information in real time, and can automatically and effectively control the phenomena of excessive torque (broken or galling), too small torque (sliding or poor sealing). The make-up and break-out processes can be stored in both the computer hard disk and the monitor, and can be queried, analyzed and printed.
 
Main Functions
1).Set on the monitor. Parameters can be set synchronously in both directions or remotely.
2).Measure the torque and turns of the power tong in real time.
3).Receive and record measurements. The data is saved in the computer and monitor, with double insurance. The torque gauge can be used alone.
4).Torque control: the maximum, optimal and minimum torque can be set. When the optimum torque is exceeded, real-time audible and visual alarm will be given, and the integrated electromagnetic overflow valve will unload automatically. The two control modes can be used simultaneously or separately.
5).Data control: display, control, record and store the data of make-up process.
6).Record printing: all or in batches, continuously printed on A4 paper.
